Reformed church Adelboden

One of the most important historical buildings in Adelboden is undoubtedly the late Gothic church in the centre of the village.
Built in 1433 and reformed since the 16th century, the church is ideal for concerts with smaller formations. The choir windows made by Augusto Giacometti, the spacious nave and the central location are special features. The church has excellent acoustics and an excellent infrastructure and is therefore - in addition to its function as a church - an extremely popular concert hall.

No, a bus hall is not immediately associated with charm and certainly not with classical music. But when the latter is played, anything is possible and a hall that normally provides a home for buses overnight suddenly appears in a completely different light.

Restaurant Blausee

Tourists from all over the world rave about the very special blue of the Blausee. In 2024, the Swiss Chamber Music Festival will organise a concert in this idyllic setting for the first time. Because of course classical music also fits in wonderfully here! The concert will take place on the covered terrace. Incidentally, legend has it that the lake's special colour comes from the tears of an unhappy love affair between a maid and a shepherd boy.
